The 9th World One Health Congress

WHO, together with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH), will participate in the 9th World One Health Congress, taking place in Lisbon, Portugal, from 4 to 7 September 2026.

The four-day Congress will bring together experts from around the world to advance One Health science and policy. Through parallel tracks addressing One Health science, antimicrobial agents and resistance, the science–policy interface and other critical topics, participants will exchange research findings and policy developments, discuss major One Health challenges and strengthen collaboration across the global One Health community.
